Automated document assembly is using a computer program to generate a customized legal form. Legal forms automated in Rapidocs® are created instantly and each question has an explanatory help screen to help you answer the question.

Rapidocs® document assembly software is used to automate documents and forms for the DirectLaw™ Web Service.

Assembly of a legal document is easy. An on-line questionnaire appears in the web browser complete with help screens and prompts. Your client does not see the document being assembled. As soon as the client clicks on the Finish button, the document is completed and ready for your review and further editing and drafting either directly in Rapidocs or any RTF compatible word processor such as MS Word.

Rapidocs® is easy to use. No software to install with the DirectLaw™Web Service. The advantage in using our document assembly program is that the Rapidocs® software, through an intuitive question and answer process, collects all the necessary information for your client's document or form. An answer only needs to be given once to enter it into the document however many times it is needed.

Your client can make multiple visits to insert their data, as their data is saved each time a session is completed. Client data is totally secure as it is saved within the Rapidocs® 128-bit encrypted envelope.
