VirtualLawyerConnect is
designed as a learning community for attorneys interested in the "virtual law
firm" concept. It is designed as a meeting place for
solos and small law firms who are practicing virtually to meet, collaborate,
learn, and share with each other their experiences in delivering legal services
online. It is our hope that we will all learn from each other as law practice
becomes more and more "digital."
Membership is restricted to lawyers. Subscribers to
DirectLaw's services participate in this community, but we invite other lawyers
to participate as well.
VirtualLawyerConnect members can communicate with each other and share
best practices for delivering online legal services. There is a
resource center on "unbundling legal services online" and other
resource centers are planned that all relate to the subject of
virtual lawyering. From time to time we will offer webinars on "hot topics."
