Web-Enabled Document Automation for Law Firms and Their Clients

How It Works

If you have an existing web site, we will add coding and a hyperlink to a log-in page which contains your firm's branding.  This will serve as your client's gateway to their own MyLegalAffairs page.

Within their personal legal space your clients can:  
   
 
  • purchase legal documents bundled with legal advice
  • purchase legal advice on a per question basis
  • archive your answers to their questions
  • search a frequently asked questions database of legal questions (optional)
  • communicate with you online
  • access legal information resources
  • access other client support functions
Clients are able to pay for legal services online (via credit card) or you can bill them the traditional way.
   
Clients complete an online questionnaire. When the client has completed their information and clicks on the Submit button, their legal document is created no matter how complex it is.  Access your client's completed document(s) through an online administrative area; review the document; amend if necessary; and then return the document to the client's MyLegalAffairs space with execution instructions.
   
We understand that some clients will prefer to meet with you in person ("off-line").  In this case, your off-line client's information is collected using a paper questionnaire.  Our paper questionnaires are tightly integrated with our interactive document templates.  The client's completed paper questionnaire is used by you or your paralegal to input the client data into our web-based system.  The document(s) is then instantly created and ready for your review.  This feature provides you with an in-office automation solution.

Export the generated form to MS Word or .rtf format for future editing (if needed).  The completed and reviewed document can be printed out locally on your printer, or sent to the client as an attachment to an email.
