Credit Card Transaction Processing Fee	Credit card processing fee will be deducted from proceeds of sale of services.	4.5 % of gross fees net of refunds.
Development Fees	Customization and/or development of law firm interactive documents and forms.	At a daily (7 hours) rate of $750.00 per day. Billed in 15 minute increments.
Training Fees	Additional training needed in excess of that provided.	At a daily (7 hours) rate of $750.00 a day.
Technical Consulting Fee	Technical consulting and/or custom web site development.	At a daily (7 hours) rate of $750.00 a day.
