• Our controlled-access, hosted MyLegalAffairs™ application.  Includes an individualized administrative area for your firm to manage client-related data and documents.
  
• Access to our basic library of 200 interactive, web-enabled Rapidocs® document templates. A subscription covers a single state jurisdiction. Multiple jurisdictions are priced separately. See Document Catalog for a partial list of documents and forms available. Estates Library Only available for a reduced monthly subscription fee. [See table below ].
  
• Document templates for use during in-person client meetings to increase productivity, as well as on your web site for on-line clients.
  
• Unlimited use of our Rapidocs® document templates. Use a template as many times as you need . Royalties are not charged for each use of a document.
• e-Commerce component to enable your clients to process credit card transactions through their secure MyLegalAffairs™ space and pay for legal documents and legal advice on-line.
  
• Free License for Rapidocs Solo® – our authoring application.
• Free storage of 150 client accounts. Additional client storage is priced at .75 per month per client (delete inactive clients any time you want.)

• Marketing assistance on how to market on-line legal services. NOTE: You must have an existing web site.

Optional Services

• Custom web site design if an existing web site is not in place. (Priced separately.)
• Custom development of interactive, Rapidocs® document templates. (Price depends on the complexity of the document, see below.).
• Access to content solutions for web site legal information enhancements. Includes in-depth, substantive articles and FAQ’s on specific legal issues.
