You will also have to execute our Standard Direct Law Web Hosting and Services Agreement, which you can down load here. Before we begin work on your site, fax the Signature page, fully executed, to 561-828-5812, plus this completed Auto Charge Permission Form also to 561-828-5812. This is a secure fax number where fax go directly to our server.
