Legal Information function which enables the attorney to publish client-relevant legal information and legal links directly to the client's MyLegalAffairs™ web space.
MyAccount. Stores client contact information and enables clients to update personal information or change their account password. Client contact information can be downloaded to Excel spreadsheet format.
Integrated e-Commerce functionality which enables clients to pay for their legal fees or purchase legal documents and/or legal advice via by credit card online.

Monthly fee is $99/month for a solo practitioner (or first attorney in a multi-attorney law firm*) plus: $49/month for each additional attorney up to a maximum of $299**/month.

Credit Card Transaction Processing Fee	Credit card processing fee will be deducted from proceeds of sale of services.	2.8 % of gross fees net of refunds.
Development Fees	Customization and/or development of law firm interactive documents and forms.	At a daily (7 hours) rate of $750.00 per day. Billed in 15 minute increments or a quoted, fixed price based on complexity.
Training Fees	Additional training needed in excess of that provided.	At a daily (7 hours) rate of $750.00 a day.
Technical Consulting Fee	Technical consulting and/or custom web site development.	At a daily (7 hours) rate of $750.00 a day.
Online Marketing Assistance	Setup of online marketing campaign using Google, Yahoo and other search engines, including selection of keywords and search engine optimization.	Set Up fee of $250.00. Option available for DirectLaw to manage your online marketing campaign for an administrative fee of 10% of your advertising expenditures, paid on a monthly basis.
Virtual Paralegal Assistance	Trained virtual paralegal assistance to help you manage your virtual practice and to help you prepare your online legal documents.	$27.50 per hour. Billed monthly. Billed in 15 minute increments.
Document Usage Fees*	Calculated in accordance with established per-document costs. Applies to online sales of Rapidocs documents. *Applies to Level II and Level III only.	Range from $2.95 to $19.95 per document sold. Refer to Document Usage Information.
